Education Developer at LFV

At the Education unit, we offer you the opportunity to work in a small team responsible for all of LFV's educational activities. A large part of this is the air traffic controller training and ensuring that it is conducted in accordance with regulations and guidelines. The unit also drives other internal training for employees and managers. New for the unit is the responsibility for the implementation of LFV's trainee program. The unit's operations are located in Sturup and Halmstad.

About the position

As an education developer, you will be responsible for driving our internal trainee program for engineers. You will liaise with our managers, mentors, and especially our trainees, ensuring that the planning, implementation, and follow-up of the trainee program is handled in the best way. This is a new role, and you will have great opportunities to shape the role and organize the work. Your responsibilities also include developing LFV's educational offerings in the long term to meet future competence needs.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a relevant academic education or other training that can be deemed equivalent
• Is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Has pedagogical experience that is considered relevant
• Has experience working on projects

It is an advantage if you have technical understanding and interest as well as experience in project management.

Additional information

The position is a permanent employment located in Sturup.

Before employment, LFV conducts a security review that includes a background check, security interview, and drug test. This position requires Swedish citizenship.
